Personal & Semi Private Training

Ready to be in the best shape of your life? With Chris Cohen has over 5 years as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as thousands of hours of experience working with clients across the United States – you are in good hands.

Private lessons offer you 1-on-1 time with Chris. During each session, he will be able to provide undivided attention that allows you to actually learn about each exercise designed to fit your individual fitness objectives.

Semiprivate lessons are nearly the same as personal training programs. They just take place with a few other people. You’ll still get personalized guidance from Chris in a workout session focused on camaraderie and personal fitness benchmarks.

From personal 1-on-1 training to semiprivate classes, no matter what you are looking to achieve, Chris is here to help turn your goals, visions, and desires into victories.

Nutrition and lifestyle counseling (diet, sobriety, diet plans, stress management)
